Q: How do I recognize my driver?
A: Driver will contact you over phone/WhatsApp once your flight lands and provide you with vehicle details. If you do not have international roaming enabled on your phone, then you may use Sydney Airport’s Wi-Fi to contact us via WhatsApp on+61414151432 (Mobile/WhatsApp) or email us through the airport’s free internet KIOSKS. Q: How much will it cost to get from Sydney International Airport to White Bay Cruise?
A: The cost for an 11-seat maxi cab would range from $99 to $120. We have a fare calculator on our website, so you know exactly what you are paying for your trip. Please note that our fare calculator does not include airport pick up fees and Sydney road tolls.
Q: How many luggage can be fit in a maxi cab?
A: Our big vans can carry anywhere from 9-11 luggage (in combination of small and big and depending on the number of passengers) in an 11 seater van and 4-7 luggage in a 7 seater van (in combination of small and big and depending on the number of passengers).
Q: I have not received any confirmation email!
A: Once you submit the booking form a confirmation email will be sent to your email on the same business day (Typically within a few minutes). If you haven’t received an email in your inbox, please check all your email folders, including your spam folder.
A: We may charge a $10.00 administrative fee for booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to trip time due to change of mind. No fee will be charged in case of change in travel date. We do not charge any cancellation fees if a flight gets cancelled. Please note that we will charge you full invoice price if you cancel your booking one hour prior to your scheduled trip time. If you re-schedule your trip time/date, your calculated fare might be different if the amended pickup time falls within peak hour time frame or within Night Tariff time frame.
A: All Maxi Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles are fitted with electronic payment system, when is used, the merchants charge the cardholder a credit card/EFTPOS transaction fee of 5%. This surcharge may be added automatically or manually, depending on the type of merchant terminal your driver is using. You may pay cash or through PayPal to avoid the merchant fee.
Q:What is revised pricing ?
A: Revised pricing is when we need to adjust pricing due to incorrect fare amount populated due to input field manipulation or due to Map API error. We will notify you if manual price adjustment is required and proceed with the order upon your acceptance of the revised price.
Q: Will it affect the trip fare if I change my pick-up time ?
A: If you change your pick-up time then price may change based on booking timing slot.(i.e: Night Tariff, Peak Hour Tariff)
